Very good service and very professional from Amy Newall we bought our new BMW 120. Amy did go out of her way to get the correct registration for 2026 instead of 75 plate. I did not get a second key it cost £418 & Digital key is not recognised phones

It is almost impossible to speak to a human. 5 calls and 1 WhatsApp before i could get an answer to a question. it was suggested i replace 4 tyres and have a washer bottle clean at £150 for MOT i did not and passed MOT next day at separate garage.

They have not managed to repair the car but have made it worse - car now cant start at all which is appalling - i want them to get my car in original previous condition but they are refusing asking to tow my car away - car was driven in the service

All great apart from fact car wasn't washed (as promised) on collection. Will recovered well and got the car washed quickly Separately I was surprised that an alpina didn't need an annual oil change even with only circa 5000 miles since last annual
