From initial contact through to delivery everything went extremely smoothly. I was kept informed of every step, they found the right car and were able to work out a pice I was happy with.

Having complained I gave approval on inconsistent recommendations of the service team compared to the mechanics advice . Basically I was told, tough you approved it already, including on a call with and the customer service manager on a second call

One recall took more than a day to rectify. They must have known it would take a long time, and I was greatly inconvenienced by my car being kept over a weekend. I should at the outset been told to book it in for 2 days.

The service centre in south Ascot is excellent with friendly efficient staff. The low ranking is because the appointment (and the appointment reminders) mentioned only the Sunningdale name and address so I took the car there where I was redirected.

Whenever I have my car serviced by you , your service team never reset the service reschedule reminder on the dashboard , so I have to make arrangements to bring the car back yet again . Which is annoying and a waste if my time.

It was good but concerning that after MOT examination I was advised that I needed 3 new tyres and your sheet showed the 3 no tyres and all the same size. There was 2 front and 1 rear, the car is an X5 so the tyres are different sizes.

The job was completed to standard and a full health check was provided for the vehicle. My two issues were the wait time, 2 hours for a 90 min appointment and the fact that the car was washed without asking. The machine washes are not the best !

More effort should have been made to ensure I didn't incur additional costs from the hire car from LCH - which was not a good experience. I ended up having two different cars because one broke down whilst I was out late one evening with my 7 yo son.

From the lovely guy on reception who remembered me from a year ago, through to the service handover by the lady who looked after my car, it was a very smooth experience. The outside cleaning of my car was perhaps a little disappointing.

Very efficient service, only issue was I wasn't given an invoice for the recall work itself for my service history. I asked for one when I came in the next day, message was passed on but I still never got the invoice

Booked for oil service - 1.5 hour wait - then told need transmission oil - total wait time 3 hours 15 mins - I asked about a loan car and told that I need to book 4-5 weeks in advance as you don't have many cars . I always used to get a loan car !

Very efficient service from Samantha at Sytner Sunningdale. Routine service was completed as booked, and she arranged for the replacement of a faulty headlamp unit under warranty for me.

At first visit tried to charge more for work quoted. Has to provide email, to prove. Adviced work was not uploaded to iDrive a key reason for completion. Required further visit & £400 pounds of unnecessary work to get service loaded to iDrive.

VERY SATISFIED. They were professional in every respect: the quality of repair workmanship was superb, the logistics of the repair, loan car etc. was well handled, and our car returned to us looking like its former beautiful self. GREAT TEAM.
